The Boss Supa-Lite 35is the best totally practical two horse box available
Sleek, stylish and aerodynamic, there is not another two horse box on the market like it. Carrying the largest of horses in comfort and style, as well as being good looking, your Boss is rugged and durable and will give you many years of reliable service.
The Supa-Lite 35 features up to 5 passenger seats, separate day living and a light and roomy low-stress horse area. There are many options to tailor the build to your particular needs.
Materials
To achieve the superior payload, the Boss Supa-Lite 35 uses the best lightweight twenty first century materials, totally rot proof, including advanced aerospace panelling. (Widely used GRP and plywood are prone to rot and can harbour bacteria). These materials, together with advanced manufacturing techniques, and superior design set Boss apart and ensure your Boss is not only lightweight – but also very strong and long lived, protecting your investment.
The Boss Interior
Is roomy and extremely well laid out. A 17.2hh horse stands comfortably in either stall. Ventilation is delivered by the opening roof vent, three windows and ventilation slots around the ramp. There is an option of a head board.
Horse Area
Designed for low stress and the highest levels of comfort and safety. Light and airy with high level lighting and special travel light. Optional head board. Door from day living has horse friendly curved top edge.
Heavy duty window guards, tie and haynet rings. Non slip EVA rubber floor and walls – drain holes allow water to exit easily after washing.
Storage Space
Is not an issue with the Boss. The tack locker, well set out, has room for saddles and bridles as well as significant space for other equipment. Two storage / extra tack lockers on the nearside mean you can plan your outing without worrying about stowage.
Safety Breast Bar
Is comfortable and supportive but in the event of necessity can be easily removed without the use of tools.
Ramp
Low super strong ramp on off side for normal leading is safer and gives confidence to horses. No nasty gaps for little feet or dirt to get into. This ramp is finger light and has the best quality central lock that engages the ramp at both sides.
Bulkhead
Super reinforced extra strong construction to maintain separation at all times between the horse area and cab.
Chassis
Built on the popular and super reliable Renault Master chassis. This means low fuel consumption, easy to drive and can driven up to 70mph at 17 with a car license without a tachograph.
The Padded Telescopic Partition
Has a clear protective skirt and can be adjusted to suit the horses travelling and can be angled or easily removed. Padded side wall allows foot splaying. Being powder coated, the aluminium partition does not mark horses or rugs.
Full height and to floor partitions are also available if required.
Cab
The cab features 3 – 5 seats. Driver and passenger front seats with a rear bench seat, all with seat belts. Under seat storage – also option to convert rear bench sear in to a bed making this vehicle super versatile.
Electrics
High level lighting is styling and makes the box easily seen. All lighting is low energy consumption. Isolator switch cuts out energy consumption when you leave the horsebox to protect battery power. Two way lighting switches (horse area / day living).
Exterior
Special construction methods mean no visible fixings from the outside for a smoother superior finish. All windows are powder coated and tinted. Your choice of any colour top quality paint with two coat lacquered finish.
